Terms & Conditions of Physical Bullion Custody

Governing account eligibility, NPR spot order execution, bank vault custody, and physical bar redemption in Nepal.

GOSIL BULLIONS LTD • BINDING CUSTODY TERMS
01. ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY & KYC

1. Account Registration & KYC Verification

By registering an account with GOSIL BULLIONS LTD ("GOSIL"), clients represent and warrant that they have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Nepalese law.

All account holders must successfully complete Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification compliant with Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) financial guidelines, providing valid Nepalese Citizenship/Passport documentation and Permanent Account Number (PAN) details before executing trades.

02. TRADING & SETTLEMENT

2. Spot Order Execution in Nepalese Rupees (NPR)

GOSIL provides spot execution for 24K (999.9 fine) gold and 999 fine silver bullion in Tola (11.664g), Gram, and micro-unit denominations at transparent live spot rates in NPR.

Orders are executed with zero price slippage upon fund settlement via Bank Wire Transfer (A/C Payee), eSewa, Khalti, or Fonepay QR. All transactions are settled same-day in NPR.

03. VAULT CUSTODY

3. Segregated Physical Vault Custody

GOSIL acts strictly as custodian for client physical metal. All purchased bullion is allocated 1:1 and stored in high-security bank vaults located in Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Lalitpur.

OFF-BALANCE SHEET PROTECTION

Physical metal held under GOSIL custody remains the unencumbered private property of the client, completely segregated from corporate assets and insulated from corporate liabilities.

04. PHYSICAL DELIVERY

4. Physical Redemption & Delivery Rights

Account holders maintain unconditional legal rights to take physical possession of allocated gold and silver bullion bars at any time.

Clients may request in-person collection at GOSIL headquarters in Kathmandu or opt for insured, armored home delivery across Nepal subject to standard identity verification procedures.

05. AUDIT & INSURANCE

5. Insurance & Independent Audits

All physical bullion stored in Kathmandu bank depositories is protected under 100% full replacement value insurance policies against fire, theft, and physical damage.

Independent physical audits are conducted regularly to verify bar counts, hallmarked purity, serial numbers, and title deed logs.

06. GOVERNING LAW

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
